The room was spacious and clean but
the bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired. I found pubic hairs on the walls, which was quite off-putting. The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable, but management should really pay attention to housekeeping standards.

Trying to get checked in during a rainstorm was a disaster!!! Lobby was locked while I waited. The coffee setup in the room is subpar and practically useless!!! The unnecessary safe fee caught me off guard!!!

During my stay, the accommodations were impressive, and the staff was exceptional, particularly Madison at the front desk who ensured all my needs were met. Had an unexpected stay in Louisville that turned out quite well. The first shoutout goes to Madison at the front desk. she made check-in a breeze and had great dinner suggestions ready for us. The room was clean and didn’t have any sketchy odors I’ve heard about from other reviews. I appreciated the outside access, making it easy to load and unload my stuff. The flat-screen TV and reliable Wi-Fi were nice additions too. Only issue? The parking seemed tight, especially with larger vehicles taking up spots. Overall, I felt safe with the security cameras around the property, which added peace of mind. The coffee in the room was a bit weak though, and a few more options at breakfast would have made it perfect.

I had a wonderful time, especially enjoying the spacious layout of my room and the comfy bed that made my stay feel like a treat. The hotel offered great opportunities to relax with a lovely pool area and a nice outdoor garden space. Just a heads-up, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t take away from my overall experience! 😊

Great Stay with Comfy Rooms
I had an excellent experience during my stay. The room was impressively clean, with a modern feel, and I appreciated the quick check-in process. The HVAC system in the room was quiet, making for a restful night. While the surrounding area had some sketchy vibes, it didn't detract from the comfort I found inside. A little upgrade on the bedding comfort would make it top-notch.

Recommended for solo travelers
Their newly remodeled rooms are nice , no nasty rugs , reasonably priced , and the no pet fee is certainly a plus for me. I had a very friendly front desk interaction with Madison when I checked in. she was really helpful and made me feel welcome right away.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive , but still fair for what I got.

Friendly staff ensured a quick check-in. The room was spacious with solid cleanliness, and the comfortable bed offered a great night’s sleep. Parking was somewhat limited due to large vehicles taking up spaces, and the bathroom, while neat, was quite small. Breakfast wasn't included, and the coffee options in the lobby felt lacking, which could use enhancement. Pizza recommendations from the front desk were decent, but the delivery charge was unexpectedly high, leading to an overall pricey meal.
